Cook potatoes until tender and place in fridge to cool for 2 hrs.
Cook bacon and onion on medium heat until bacon is crispy.
Dice the dill cucumbers into small cubes.
Add all ingredients into bowl and allow to marinade in the fridge for at lease four hours, you will get the best results if you allow them to marinade over night. I hope you guys enjoy this, it's a family favourite :)
