    Your favourite chocolate melted together with cream, brandy, coffee, cinnamon and clove. Kept warm in a fondue pot so you can dip in your favourite fruit.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 270g chocolate
    • 1/4 cup cream
    • 2 tablespoons brandy
    • 1/2 tablespoon instant coffee
    • 1 pinch cinnamon, to taste
    • 1 pinch clove, to taste
    • 500g fruit, for dipping

    Directions

    1. Dissolve chocolate in a fondue pot or extra small slow cooker. Add cream, brandy, coffee, cinnamon and clove.
    2. Dip in fresh strawberries, bananas, apples, pretzels, biscuits, marshmallows or anything else you can think of.
