Fruit Ice Blocks

    Nothing better on a hot summers day than these mango, banana and peach yoghurt ice blocks. The trick to great flavour is blending them with fresh fruit.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 small mango
    • 1 small ripe banana
    • 1 squeeze lime juice
    • 140g tinned peaches, drained
    • 200g peach mango yoghurt

    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:4hours freezing  ›  Ready in:4hours10min 

    1. Put all ingredients in the blender then blend until almost smooth. Pour into the ice block moulds, put in the sticks then freeze about 4 hours, until set. Enjoy.
