Chocolate Strawberry Ice Blocks

    These ice blocks are so good. With chocolate pudding on the tip then fresh strawberries and yoghurt on the bottom, these are creamy and delicious. Great on a hot day.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 4 ice blocks

    • 150g chocolate pudding
    • 4 tablespoons vanilla yoghurt
    • 12 strawberries, hulled and sliced
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts or chocolate chips (optional)

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:4hours chilling  ›  Ready in:4hours10min 

    1. In 4 ice block moulds, add the pudding.
    2. In a blender add yoghurt, strawberries and vanilla. Blend until smooth then stir in the nuts or chocolate chips. Pour into the mould on top of the pudding then put in the sticks.
    3. Place in the freezer then freeze for about 4 hours. Enjoy.
