This recipe is so healthy. Especially the capsicum. Capsicum helps in curing many diseases that include lowering blood pressure, reducing cholesterol and warding off strokes and heart attacks, speeding up metabolism, treating colds and fevers, preventing cancer and pain control. This is also my favorite. :)
First heat the oven in 150 degrees. Heat the pan. Put 2 tbsp of cooking oil, saute half of the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the mince pork and wait until gets brown. Then add the cooked rice, saute it for 5 minutes. Then add the paprika, 1 tsp chilli flakes, basil herb and salt and pepper mix it all together.
After cooking rice set it aside. Then it's time to make the sauce.
Heat another pan. Put 1 tbsp cooking oil, saute the remaining onion and garlic for 2 minutes then add the canned chopped tomatoes together with the remaining tsp of chilli flakes then mix it together then simmer it for 2 minutes. Then the sauce is done.
After doing the rice and the sauce. Cut the capsicum and stuffed the rice and add the sauce then put it to oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, now it's ready for plating and ready to eat.
