Apple and Pear Smoothie

    A delicious breakfast smoothie blended together with apple, pear, pineapple, ginger, milk and honey. This is great on hot days too, when it's too hot to eat.

    • 1 medium pear, peeled, cored and diced
    • 1 green apple, peeled, cored and diced
    • 3 pineapple rings
    • 1 cup low-fat milk
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
    • 1 cup ice

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender then blend until smooth.
