This is a simple twist on an old favorite salad dressing! It adds a balance to the flavour that I haven't tasted before and reduces the amount of oil that traditionally is used in a recipe like this. Goes great with warm salads and cold salads.
Tasted after mixing up, and it had just a little too much citrus flavor for me. I added a good splash of white balsamic vinegar and that helped. Again, another taste preference, I gave the hot sauce bottle several more shakes. - 20 May 2013
