Want to add something new to your Seder table this year? Try these Moroccan inspired haroset balls. Apple, almonds, apricots, sultanas and raisins.

Makes: 12 balls

  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup sultanas
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
  • grape juice, as needed to form paste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and bring to a nutty paste. Roll into balls. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
