This meatloaf has onion, garlic and Parmesan cheese. It seems like a long list of ingredients, but its really just a dash of this and a dab of that, so just use what you have.

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions Preparation:15min › Ready in:15min
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
In a large bowl combine mince, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and celery salt. Using your hands, make sure it's well mixed. Beat egg and milk in a small bowl then stir into meat. Add in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Gently mix in half of the tomato sauce.
Shape into a loaf then place in a greased baking dish. Using a spatula, spread the remaining tomato sauce over the loaf then bake in the preheated oven until cooked though, about 35-40 minutes. Slice to serve.
