Kiwi Burger

    A mean as burger with tasty cheese, lettuce, onion, beetroot, tomato and a fried egg if your keen on 'em. Topped with a bit of tomato sauce. Choice!

    Makes: 4 burgers

    • Patties
    • 500g beef mince
    • 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
    • 2 tablespoons green capsicum, finely diced
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • Hamburger
    • 4 slices of tasty cheese
    • 4 hamburger buns
    • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 4 lettuce leaves
    • 4 slices of tomato
    • 4 slices of onion
    • 8 slices of beetroot
    • 4 eggs, fried (optional)
    • tomato sauce

    Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Combine all the ingredients to make the patties then form into 4 meat patties. Preheat BBQ to high and cook until done through, about 10 minutes. Top with the cheese and let it melt. Toast the buns on the BBQ as well.
    2. Spread the mayonnaise on the bun then top with lettuce, tomato, onion, beetroot, hamburger patty, fried egg and tomato sauce. Eat up bro! Yum.
