Cheesecake Crust: Preheat oven to 190 Degrees C. Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper patty cases.
Mix biscuit crumbs, sugar, melted butter and spices until well blended. Press about 1/4 cup of mixture onto the bottom and sides of each patty case inside muffin tin holes.
Bake at 190 degrees C for 7 minutes. Cool.
Cheesecake Filling: Stir the cream cheese and sugar in a small bowl with a whisk until smooth. Fold whipped cream and rum into the cream cheese mixture. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture into each crust. Top with the a slice of fig and a mint leaf. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
