Cook pasta and add broccoli to the boiling pasta for the last 2 minutes. Drain and put into large casserole dish.
Cook bacon in frying pan until a bit crispy. Add to casserole dish. Add mushroom soup and 3/4 of the cheddar cheese and combine well.
Mix parmesan and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the top of casserole. Place tomatoes in a line down the centre and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake in 180 degrees C oven for 30 minutes, or until the top browns. Alternatively, grill the top until browned and serve.
