Great recipe, easy to make and is yummmmmmyyyy! Huge hit with the family! I have made it a couple of times now and pre cook the minced garlic in a bit of oil until half cooked then add to dough as the garlic was a bit too hot and raw for the kids otherwise. I also cooked mine on the pan. - 25 Nov 2012
Used Atta flour [(bought from Aldi as a special international foods item one time) (it needed more hydration & a lot more kneading by the KitchenAid to get to the less rubbery stage)], Light Natural Yoghurt instead of milk (& Xylitol instead of sugar), only about half a tsp of ground salt (as I added about 50g of salted butter, melted to the mix & had pre-browned the garlic in butter) & cooked them on a pizza stone on the charcoal bbq (with a hood) & I was really happy with the results - the best of the 2 or 3 I've tried. I would use a lot more garlic next time as the flavour was a little too subtle for me but a very nice, soft, pliable bread which we wrapped a gourmet sausage, lettuce & tomato in - even the 'VERY hard-to-please partner' loved them! This one's a keeper. - 04 Feb 2016
Exactly what I was looking for for my curry night, made dough in bread maker, added everything except garlic, cooked garlic in pan with butter then pressed some garlic into each naan before I pan fried them. I made extra large naans - delicious! - 17 Dec 2013
