- 4 apples
- 120g frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- tablespoon pine nuts or almonds
Directions

- Wash and peel the apples, quarter them and remove core. Slice into small pieces and place in microwave safe bowl. Add frozen blueberries and honey
- Microwave for 2-3 depending on your microwave - the apples should be soft enough to mash.
- Mash up the fruit and pour into serving dish. Scatter pinenuts or slivered almonds on top to look like maggots.
