Pesto Ravioli

I don't know if I can really call this a 'recipe', as it more of a combination of prepared stuff I got from the supermarket. But it is so delicious, I had to share!

Ingredients

Serves: 2 

  • 300g fresh cheese ravioli
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Cook ravioli according to packet directions then drain. Stir in the pesto then sprinkle on the cheese. Enjoy with garlic bread.

Cook's Note

If you are anything like me, add on an extra 5 minutes to the prep time, just trying to get the bloody packet open.
