By far my favourite breakfast food, bagel and lox is filling, kosher and delicious. A toasty bagel, smothered in cream cheese then piled high with smoked salmon, capers, red onions and tomato.


Serves: 2 

  • 2 bagels, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of pickled capers
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced (optional)
  • 150g thinly sliced smoked salmon

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Toast the bagels, spread on the cream cheese, add the capers, onion, tomato then the salmon to each half, then eat and enjoy.
