This delicious gooseberry jam goes great on scones, biscuits, toast and anything you can imagine. Using only gooseberries, water and sugar, this jam is simple.
Boil the gooseberries gently in the water until a slightly pink tint is visible.
Measure the amount you have in a jug, then add an equal amount of sugar. Return to the saucepan and allow the sugar to dissolve. Return to a boil then cook rapidly until the mixture jellies.
