This meatloaf style vegetarian dish has nutmeat, muesli, onion, Marmite and tomato all rolled up and baked to perfection. You can also roll into meatballs.

Serves: 4 

  • tomato juice, as needed
  • 1 cup muesli
  • 1/4 cup nutmeat
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Marmite(TM)
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced
  • salt, to taste

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Heat sufficient tomato juice to soften muesli, cover for a few minutes. Mash nutmeat, tomato, onion and Marmite. Mix well, shape into a roll and bake about 20-30 minutes.
