This recipe has been passed down though my family since I don't know when. Eggs, butter, sugar, flour and milk are all that's needed for these delicious cakes.
Makes: 1 cake
1 1/8 cups (250g) caster sugar
1/2 cup (60g) plain flour
1/2 cup (60g) self raising flour
2 tablespoons milk
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a cake tin or line a muffin tin with paper baking cups.
- Beat all ingredients together then put into cake tin and bake for 20 minutes.
