These easy coconut biscuits have very simple ingredients and are quick to make. They are topped with an almond and baked until golden brown.
1 1/8 cup (250g) sugar
2 1/2 cups (320g) self raising flour
1 1/2 cups (130g) desiccated coconut
almonds, for decorating
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Beat in flour then coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a baking tray and place an almond on top.
- Bake about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
