This recipe was traditionally from a magazine but then I decided to give it an extra edge and changed a few things. This recipe is a milk chocolate Turkish delight rocky road that contains nuts. I hope you love it as much as I do!
1. You don't have to use lolly snakes - you could musk sticks, gummy bears, berries or pistachios if you want to make it your own.
2. The mixture sets very quickly so make sure when you are spreading it in the tin that it is in the right spot because it is hard to move.
3. The rocky road is hard to cut in exact pieces so some bits will either crumble or fall apart.
4. You don't have to use milk chocolate you could use white or dark instead.
