Makes: 8 brownies
65g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100g plain flour
Extra time:10min cooling ›
- In a bowl, melt the butter in a microwave on high for about 30 to 40 seconds. Add the sugar, cocoa and vanilla in that order and mix well.
- Add the eggs, slightly whisking after each one. Add the flour and mix well.
- Grease a microwave safe dish and spoon in the brownie mixture. Cook on high for 4 to 5 minutes (the more powerful your microwave the less time it will take). Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

Really easy, really simple and really YUM!
I used less butter and sugar but added a few crumbled up pieces of Lindt Orange Intense chocolate and it was a jaffa brownie of awesomeness!

I know this seems too good to be true, but i made it and it really is very good. I added some almonds.
