Leiyra's Fried Kumara

    Grate a kumara, fry it, it's that simple. Add salt. And a bit of turmeric goes well, or cumin. Dress it up! Words do not describe how delicious this is. Enjoy!

    • 1 kumara
    • 2 tablespoons oil
    • salt, to taste
    • turmeric or cumin, to taste

    1. Grate kumara. Heat oil in a pan then fry kumara with salt and turmeric (or cumin) until golden brown on both sides.
