Rolled Oat Shortbread

    Shortbread recipe passed down through our family. Using only oats, butter and sugar, this is very basic and very budget but tastes great.

    Makes: 1 small loaf

    • 125g rolled oats
    • 60g butter, melted
    • 30g sugar

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Mix oats, butter and sugar. Place in narrow tin and bake at 150 degrees C until done, about 45 minutes.
