This easy lemon jam is so basic. Using only lemons, water and sugar, it is soaked overnight then slow cooked to create a delicious lemon jam.
Makes: 6 jars
24 cups (6 litres) water
Extra time:1day12hours soaking ›
- Cut up lemons then let soak in water for 36 hours.
- Put in a saucepan then boil about an hour. Add sugar then boil for about an hour longer.
- Allow to cool before bottling.
