Never let your herbs go to waste again. Freeze them in a bit of olive oil and store them in your freezer so they are ready to use when you need them.
Makes: 12 cubes
6 tablespoons of fresh herbs, chopped
12 tablespoons olive oil
Extra time:3hours freezing ›
- In an ice tray, divide your herbs amongst the cells. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each cell then freeze.
- When frozen, quickly run the back of the tray in warm water. Shake the cubes out onto baking paper then place them into a plastic zipper bag.
- Store in your freezer until you need them.
