    Never let your herbs go to waste again. Freeze them in a bit of olive oil and store them in your freezer so they are ready to use when you need them.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 12 cubes

    • 6 tablespoons of fresh herbs, chopped
    • 12 tablespoons olive oil

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Extra time:3hours freezing  ›  Ready in:3hours15min 

    1. In an ice tray, divide your herbs amongst the cells. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each cell then freeze.
    2. When frozen, quickly run the back of the tray in warm water. Shake the cubes out onto baking paper then place them into a plastic zipper bag.
    3. Store in your freezer until you need them.
