Sweetmeal Biscuit

    This easy sweetmeal biscuit recipe was in a book of old family recipes that date back to the early 1900's. This would make a nice snack. Much healthier then today's biscuits.

    Serves: 4 

    • 130g oats
    • 30g sugar
    • 60g butter, melted

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:55min 

    1. Stir oats and sugar into the melted butter. Press with a knife into a narrow tin and bake for 45 minutes at 140 degrees C.
