This basic lemon tart has only 4 ingredients, eggs, sugar, lemon and a pie case. Bake until set and delicious. You can add or subtract sugar according to taste.

Serves: 4 

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar, to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 pie shell

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar. Add lemon juice. Pour into the uncooked pie shell then bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
