Vegan Sour Cream

    This vegan sour cream substitute has tofu processed with pepper, oregano, oil, golden syrup, and lemon juice. Use this in place of sour cream with any vegan fare.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 cup

    • 180g tofu
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
    • 1 teaspoon golden syrup
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1/2 tablespoon light oil
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:1min chilling  ›  Ready in:11min 

    1. Combine ingredients in a food processor. Mix until smooth. Chill in fridge for at least an hour.
