This vegan sour cream substitute has tofu processed with pepper, oregano, oil, golden syrup, and lemon juice. Use this in place of sour cream with any vegan fare.

Ingredients
Makes: 1 cup
180g tofu
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon golden syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon light oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions Preparation:10min › Extra time:1min chilling › Ready in:11min
Combine ingredients in a food processor. Mix until smooth. Chill in fridge for at least an hour.
