    Sweet potato, broccoli, onion, garlic and peas roasted in oil then baked into a pie with a sauce of flour, stock, garlic and tasty cheese. Baked in a pre made pie case.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 sweet potato, diced
    • 1/2 cup broccoli, diced
    • 1 medium onion, diced
    • 2 cloves garlic, diced
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 cup peas
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 2 cups stock
    • 3 cloves garlic, diced
    • 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
    • 1 pie case

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
    2. Toss the sweet potato, broccoli, onion and garlic in the olive oil. Roast in oven until tender. Mix with the peas. Pour into the pie case. Whisk together the flour, stock, garlic and cheese. Pour over veggies then top with crust.
    3. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
