A quick and easy meal, that goes great with pita and noodles.
2 onions, diced
1 or 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 kg beef mince
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can pasta sauce
1 teaspoon Moroccan spice mix
salt and pepper
- Fry onions and garlic, for 4-5 minutes, then add mince and cook.
- Then add the tomatoes, pasta sauce, spice mix, and salt and pepper. Mix and cook for a minimum of 30 minutes.
You can add as much of the spice mix as you like, depending on how hot you like it.
if you add same more tomatoes, its a really great sauce for lasagna
