Moroccan Mince

    A quick and easy meal, that goes great with pita and noodles.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 onions, diced
    • 1 or 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
    • 1 kg beef mince
    • 1 can chopped tomatoes
    • 1 can pasta sauce
    • 1 teaspoon Moroccan spice mix
    • salt and pepper

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:35min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Fry onions and garlic, for 4-5 minutes, then add mince and cook.
    2. Then add the tomatoes, pasta sauce, spice mix, and salt and pepper. Mix and cook for a minimum of 30 minutes.


    You can add as much of the spice mix as you like, depending on how hot you like it.

    if you add same more tomatoes, its a really great sauce for lasagna  -  24 Aug 2012
