Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Cook pasta according to the packet directions. When there are two minutes remaining, stir in the frozen peas. Drain and return to pan.
Whisk together oil and vinegar then stir in the tomatoes. Pour onto baking tray then bake in preheated oven until tender, about 10 minutes.
Into the pasta and peas stir in the lemon juice, pesto, rocket, onion, basil and the cooked tomatoes. Stir to combine then serve topped with Parmesan. Best served warm.
