Quick Falafel Gyro

    This quick and easy falafel gyro uses prepared falafel balls, wrapped in a pita with hummus, avocado and tomato. This makes a great lunch or a quick and easy snack.

    Serves: 2 

    • 6 frozen falafel balls
    • 2 pita
    • 1/2 cup hummus
    • 1/2 large avocado
    • 1/2 large tomato, diced

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Cook falafel balls according to packet directions. Heat pita in microwave.
    2. Spread hummus over the pita, top with avocado and tomato then add the falafel.
    3. Fold then serve.
