This sauce free pasta primavera has fresh cherry tomatoes, asparagus and onion lightly sauted in olive oil then sprinkled with Parmesan cheese for a light dinner.

Serves: 2 

  • 1 1/2 cups pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch asparagus, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • Parmesan cheese, to taste

Preparation:3min  ›  Cook:12min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Cook pasta according to packet directions then drain.
  2. In a frying pan with the oil, saute the tomatoes, asparagus and onion.
  3. Mix veggies with the pasta then top with Parmesan cheese to serve.
