A quick and easy vegetable side that you can just chuck on the barbie while your meat is cooking. Sliced orange kumara basted with butter and garlic salt.

Serves: 4 

  • 2 large orange kumara, peeled and sliced
  • 90g butter, melted
  • garlic salt, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Heat BBQ to high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the garlic salt and butter.
  3. Place slice kumara on the BBQ then baste with the melted butter. Cook until tender, turning and basting occasionally.
