    This is one of my favourite starters. Smoked salmon on a cracker with cream cheese, sliced red onion and capers. This is a great afternoon snack a gourmet entree.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 packet of your favourite crackers or bagel crisps
    • 130g smoked salmon
    • 250g cream cheese
    • 2 tablespoons capers
    • 1 small red onion, sliced

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. On a plate, flake the salmon.
    2. Spread the cream cheese on the crackers, top with the smoked salmon, capers and sliced red onion.
    3. Serve.

    Serving suggestion:

    You don't even have to prepare this for your guests, just set out on a nice plate and spoon cream cheese into a nice bowl.
