Yummy shredded crab meat mixed with eggs, spring onion, garlic, red chilli and breadcrumbs, made into cakes, fried in hot oil then drizzled with sweet chilli sauce.
Mix together the crab, egg, green onion, garlic, red chilli, mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
Remove from fridge and shape into patties. Fry patties in batches a frypan in hot oil, until golden brown, 3 minutes per side.
Set finished crab cakes on a paper towel lined plate in the oven on low to keep warm. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce to serve.
