Potato Wedges

    These potato wedges are dipped in a mixture of butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. They are roasted in a hot oven until crispy and golden brown.

    Serves: 4 

    • 3 potatoes
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • garlic powder, to taste
    • paprika, to taste
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees C.
    2. Cut potatoes into about 8 wedge shaped pieces per potato. Mix together oil, butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
    3. Dip potatoes into the butter mixture then bake in the oven until crispy.
