These potato wedges are dipped in a mixture of butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. They are roasted in a hot oven until crispy and golden brown.
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons butter, melted
garlic powder, to taste
paprika, to taste
salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 230 degrees C.
- Cut potatoes into about 8 wedge shaped pieces per potato. Mix together oil, butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Dip potatoes into the butter mixture then bake in the oven until crispy.
