Bacon and rosemary stuffed mushrooms make a delicious entree, snack or light meal in themselves.
Loved this. I'm not a big fan of mushrooms but these were gorgeous!! Made them for a party as an appetizer and everyone loved them. Made this using a little less onion and they turned out great. Make sure to use a baking sheet with a lip around it as the water from the mushrooms will start to run down the pan while baking.
