Loved this. I'm not a big fan of mushrooms but these were gorgeous!! Made them for a party as an appetizer and everyone loved them. Took me a bit longer to make though but I've not cut stems out of mushrooms before so that's where I spent most of my time.  -  23 May 2013  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)

Made this using a little less onion and they turned out great. Make sure to use a baking sheet with a lip around it as the water from the mushrooms will start to run down the pan while baking. If you have to use a regular cookie sheet, make sure that it stays level while taking them out.  -  22 Nov 2017  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
