This simple gnocchi dish topped with a garlic red wine sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese makes a great starter or a whole meal.

Serves: 4 

  • 500g gnocchi
  • 500g red wine spaghetti sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Cook gnocchi in boiling water until soft.
  2. In a frying pan heat spaghetti sauce. Stir in garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour sauce over gnocchi then sprinkle with cheese to serve.
