Great recipe, it tastes amazing. I was a little confused with the end of the recipe though... I couldn't decide if I should put the icing on while the slice was still hot or wait for it to cool. I also wasn't sure if I should turn the slice out onto a rack or cool it in the pan. Mine turned out to be a little soft on the inside, so I think next time I will get it out of the tin before I cool it. Thanks for the recipe!
