This pasta dish has sautéed garlic, onion, mushroom and capsicum cooked in with browned beef mince. Seasoned with beef soup mix then served over pasta.


Serves: 4 

  • 500g pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 250g beef mince
  • 1 sachet hearty beef soup

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:35min 

  1. Cook the pasta according to packet directions. Drain.
  2. In a large frying pan sauté the garlic, onion, mushroom and capsicum until onion becomes translucent. Stir in the beef then brown. Stir in the beef soup mix then cover, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes.
  3. Serve over the pasta.
