Moroccan Couscous and Hummus

    This spicy and healthy lunch is couscous seasoned with Moroccan spice then served with hummus and naan for dipping. Makes a delicious lunch or dinner.

    • 1 cup couscous
    • Moroccan spice, to taste
    • 1/2 cup hummus
    • 1 naan

    1. Cook couscous according to the packet directions. Mix in the moroccan spice. Serve with hummus and naan on the side.

    Cook's note

    This is also good with a bit of finely chopped onion.
