Jelly Shots in Fruit Peels

These jelly shots are way fun. By pouring the jelly into orange peels then letting it set you get super flash jelly shots that look like orange slices!

Ingredients
Makes: 20 jelly shots
- 5 oranges
- 2 packets of jelly
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups vodka

- Cut your oranges in half then carefully squeeze out the juice. Scrape out the remaining fruit with a spoon. Set orange halves into a muffin tin.
- Pour jelly packet into the water then mix will. Stir in the vodka. Pour into the orange peel. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. With an extra sharp knife, slice the jelly and peel into quarters or smaller.
Substitutions
Any citrus fruit with a rind can replace the orange.
Any white sprits can replace the vodka.Flavour suggestions:
Orange cream: Orange jelly with vanilla vodka in an orange peel.
Berries and cream: Any berry flavoured jelly with vanilla vodka.
Margaritas: Lime jelly with tequila in a lime peel.
Pina Colada: Tropical jelly with coconut rum.
Lemon drop: Lemon jelly with citrus vodka.
