This quick and easy microwave mug cake has banana, flour, baking powder, sugar, yoghurt, egg and milk all mixed up in a mug then microwaved until done.
Good banana flavor. Bad spongy texture. Too eggy. I used a 16 oz. coffee mug and it still ran over the sides. I would suggest that if you want banana bread in a hurry......mix up a batch (or half batch) of banana bread. Throw it into muffin tins, bake in the oven and you will have a freshly baked, satisfying and tasty bread (muffins). Thanks for sharing. - 02 May 2013
