    Serves: 4 

    • 500m thicken cream
    • 1kg fish fillets deboned
    • 1-2 onions
    • 1 cup greated cheese
    • fresh black pepper

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Extra time:5min  ›  Ready in:1hour15min 

    1. slice the onions and layer the bottom of medium pyrex dish
    2. then layer the fish fillets on top
    3. pour the cream all over the fish and sprinkal with black pepper
    4. cover with alfoil and bake for 60min on 180 or untill fish is cooked
    5. cover with greated cheese an bake for 5min or untill lightly brown and serve

    Serving suggestion

    serve with mash potatos
