This delicious starter of boysenberry brie has melted brie with boysenberry jam and pecans. Serve with ciabatta bread or apples for an amazing plate of nibbles.


Serves: 8 

  • 110g brie wheel
  • 1/2 cup boysenberry jam
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 small ciabatta bread, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  1. Slice the brie into a top half and a bottom half. In the centre spread half the jam and pecans. Put the top on then spread with the rest of the jam and pecans. Put it on a baking tray. Add the sliced ciabatta bread to the tray, brush bread with olive oil then bake at 210 degrees C for 10 minutes.
