Spicy Calamari

    This easy calamari starter has lemon juice, garlic and a chilli. Sautéed in butter over medium high heat until it has reached your preferred doneness.

    • 500g fresh calamari
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 long chilli, diced
    • 2 tablespoons butter

    1. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium high heat. In a bowl mix calamari, lemon juice, garlic and chilli then pour into the melted butter and stir fry until calamari has reached your desired doneness.
