Quick and easy poached eggs are a kiwi mainstay. Gotta have poached eggs on toast. Just pop an egg in a bit of boiling water then simmer till done.
i have not tried this recipe but have looked into it. the only reason i did not use it is because i know that you should most definitely add vinegar. but otherwise it should be fine.
