Roasted Kumara


This easy side dish of roasted kumara is yummy as its tossed with olive oil and sprinkled with garlic salt.

Serves: 4 

  • 4 kumara, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • garlic salt, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees C.
  2. Place diced kumara in a baking tray, toss with oil then sprinkle with bit of garlic salt. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring once.
  3. Remove from oven with tender inside and a bit crisp on the outside. Season with more garlic if needed.
