This easy side dish of roasted kumara is yummy as its tossed with olive oil and sprinkled with garlic salt.
4 kumara, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
garlic salt, to taste
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees C.
- Place diced kumara in a baking tray, toss with oil then sprinkle with bit of garlic salt. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring once.
- Remove from oven with tender inside and a bit crisp on the outside. Season with more garlic if needed.
So easy. Just pop it in the oven while I am working on my other things and its done when I am.
